I am not a great Doctor Who fan, but I believe that particular episode treated a specific intelligence gathering Dalek, that among other have inherited other cultures tradition of namegiving.
What if Rel was some method they just snapped up on their intelligence gathering mission? Couldn't an english mile be so as well?
Good points all round. Pointlessly good points. I thought Doomsday was a big let down. It was just BIG REVELATION after BIG REVELATION with about 1.5 good character moments. Badwolf and Parting of the ways were better. I think Eccles was better than Tennant. Tennant is too 'default eccentric doctor' for my liking. And how many times has he exclamed "but that's impossible!" or something similar? The writing's getting sloppy. I'm yet to see series three, but apparently the series is back on track.
I think Tennant is better than Eccles - I thought Eccles was a bad actor too be honest. He was that bad, but I just didn't really like him. Third series has been great so far though - didn't like the first episode too much, but obviously that was just about introducing his new partner. Second and third episodes were great though - and apparently the fourth is going to be a good one too, with the Daleks coming back and everything.
Yeh but he was saying the next episode is called "Evolution of the Daleks".
I cannot wait!
And I'm still wondering what that Face meant when he said "You are not alone" - it seems as though he is hinting there are more time lords, but I'm also thinking that is probably what the writer's want us to think - maybe it's a twist! omg lol
Not sure about he time votex, but I remember the Lame-ish Film with him in,
Actually, I think you were right, lol
I liked the human Dalek, the think I dont like is they are the LAST 4 in existance, after they are killed off what then ?
Rose Already did in the Emporerere,
and if the Doctor manager to get through the war, and the daleks did, it is possible that there would be other Timelords that made it through,

At least one is pretty much guaranteed to escape again and start a new dalek army somewhere. Or somebody will open another prison somewhere. Or something.
Thing is though, even if the time war gathered all the time lords and daleks together from wherever they were in history and killed them, it should still be possible to encounter them in other time periods at times which in thier personal timelines are prior to the war.
Time to turn on my fanyliser. You can't access them in their personal timeline because the timewar actually damaged the universal timeline, erasing daleks and time lords from all history (as army of ghosts showed, this only occured within the universe).
My theory is that when the face of bo said you are not alone he was talking about the Master. However he was not referring to the fact that he was another time lord but to the fact that he is actually the doctors brother. This idea was originally planned years ago when the master was played by a actor called Roger Delgado however the actor was killed in a car accident before they could write a script or film it and the idea was abandoned. I think RTD will go with this idea as it would be a huge shock and totally unexpected for him to screw with doctor who history. That’s just my theory though I could be totally wrong.
If the master is Saxon, as played by John Simms, that would be brill. He's a great actor, right amount of creepy charm. However I always thought the master was a bit bollocks. The only good stories are where his motives are survival and revenge, like in The Deadly Assassin and Survival. Otherwise he's just another camp, OTT doctor who villain.
