In my Latest God awful Design Game, im actually using the Shoot Object,
when the player hits the fire button, but it always fires from the lower right(when the player is Facing up) er.. Should say its a top view shootie, like NAAC, That ones ace, anyway, the shots dont come from the gun, how can I position it, or do I need to program it all myself ?

No, no don't do that! Action Point is where it's at!
It's also really important to note that if your shooting action point is at the gun, but all the other animation has the action point in the default position (0,0- or top left), you can still sometimes have bullets shoot out of the guy's head occasionally. I had this happen to me before and I fixed it by making the action point the same for all the animations, where the gun would be. You should do this only if you don't need to use the action point for anything else that is supposed to originate from elsewhere on the guy though.
