Okay, I've had The Spirit Engine installed for quite a while now. I went to play it, and it informed me that I was missing 'ModFusion.COX'. Weird.
I then try and play Noitu Love, and it says I'm missing, 'ModFusionEX.COX'. So I think it's something to do with ModFusion. But then, I try playing SkyHammer, and it says I don't have 'AlphaChannel.COX'. Another game 'ChangeAnim.COX'.

I've never had a problem with any of these games before yet suddenly half my games don't work. It's not my version of cncs232.dll because when I delete them from my system folder it says it is missing and when I use the dll that comes with the download then the problem remains.

Some MMF games, like Eternal Daughter, Lyle In Cube Sector, Game With A Kitty, Red Feud, seem to work fine, but I'm guessing it's due to older versions of MMF.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

I dunno. You might have replaced your cncs232.dll with an old version of the file while installing some older klik game.

The modfusion problems can be solved by getting modfusion.dll - it comes with the extension. The other problems are just weird.

Control Panel - System - Advanced - Performance.

Set Data Execution Prevention to only work for essential windows stuff.

Yes. Hello random new member.

Also the spirit engine install would surely have all the the correct files in the installer. So any problem would not be a lack of extension files on your pc.

Cheers. Did Windows have an update which turned that on or something? Never recall seeing that option before...
