If I I want a website that deletes pretty much every thread and comment I would go to Total Klik. Since when are nazis in charge of the DC? Stop deleting every single thing and just don’t bother. Delete stuff if there is a massive flame war going on with awful insults or if people post goatse but otherwise TDC should be a FREE SITE where everybody is allowed to have an opinion. You know opinions are like assholes- everybody got one and you have to STAND and TOLERATE that and not delete every thing like the Chinese government.
I’m talking about my “American Beauty” picture. As you could tell I put some time and effort into this drawing and I was proud of the shading and colouring- and what do you do? You just DELETE my thread and won’t even tell me why or anything. Don’t be jealous because you can’t draw. It’s pretty unfair and ignorant towards any artist to delete his stuff.

At the end of the day, we can't please everybody. We have people complaining to us to delete threads, and we have people complaining to us not to delete threads. By visiting this website, you have pretty much agreed to follow our rules - of which you can see - http://www.create-games.com/rules.asp. Sure, the rules might be a bit outdated but if we feel a thread breaks the rules, it gets deleted.
I didn't delete your thread, but I could understand why another admin may have done so. The drawing you posted was good, but could be considered offensive to some people. I like a joke every now and then, and I found it slightly amusing (not hilarious though ), but that doesn't mean everybody else does. Another admin obviously felt that it broke our rules and decided to delete it.

As long as it is convenient for admins, it is good :---). If someone made thread against someone (for example this nice anti-US), made some people unhappy, and then changed thread's name to "I like sweets", admins would have more to find out, who "is that bad person".

The thread should not have been deleted in the first place, I can't really believe the thread was deleted because peterd complained, he's a retard who has only made either stupid or provoking posts. Neither can I believe cartoon boobs aren't allowed.

Trouble is, MasterM, you've created loads of new topics in recent days/weeks and is as good as spamming.
If a thread is deleted, there's usually a good reason why. I didn't find it particularly funny either, you should have posted it at TK's Roofle Den, I don't think stuff gets deleted there - but here TDC is a family site, we keep saying it. Your picture was inappropriate, and insulting the admins gives you no favours either.

I’m sorry, Chris Street. But because I POST on a message board means that you have the right to delete my messages. See this is a message board and the idea of a message board is that people communicate- this is why it’s called a community. Now there happen to be threads like “the community is dying”- sure that will happen if nobody talks on the daily click at all. This is something Total Klik and other sites were often suffering from while TDC is sometimes active while other sites the site is pretty dead and hardly anybody posts on the board while I post on the board and I talk on it and other people will even reply. I don’t even spam the boards. See I create a flash movie or I make a drawing- I am PRODUCTIVE and I also find out about certain interesting things so there is a BIG difference between SPAMMING and just being the most active user on a pretty much dead forum. Somebody who is an awful spammer or rather a bumper is Mr. Dogzer. He makes his own threads and if they are at the very bottom of the page he will bump them while I move on and make new threads. I will say it again: The idea behind a community site is that people talk to each other- this is a place where you should feel at home but you are telling me “hey this is a message board so please don’t write messages on here”. Do you see how silly that is?

I suppose that is true, although one of the rules is to not post offensive content, of which nudity may fit into that category for some people. Either way, I think the rules are common sense. Although I do find it strange how when Phizzy was doing these things, people here where complaining to us saying we should ban him. Yet when someone else breaks the rules, we apparently don't have the right to delete their thread?
Maybe we should look into new ideas to get around these issues - maybe a forum for 16+ year olds? Or maybe an option to select whether a thread is possibly offensive, then a confirmation message could be displayed before anybody views that thread? I don't know - give your suggestions.
Either way, I have no doubt at all that the thread broke the rules and that the admins did have the right to delete it.

But I do think there has to be a way to sort this out. We've got little 13 year old nippers running around here, and of course the old folk. One could argue that they should go to the TK, but you'd only end up with babyfied text, sort of defeating the purpose of hard discussion.
People wanted Phizzy out because he was a knob head. MasterM doesn't insult all and has talent when it comes to art. And like any self-respecting mainland European causes up a stir with his art.
People offended by cartoon boobs are not very likely to ever be able to start a family and don't belong on a family site. Also comparing MasterM to Phizzy is whack, Phizzy was a pain in the ass to many people (I like him tho), MasterM has been part of this community longer than half of the admins here.

MasterM is a nice guy, and I can see that he meant no harm by posting that thread. We just need a way to resolve this in the future - whether it means warning people of offensive content, or deleting offensive content. At the moment, most offensive content is to be deleted, but obviously some of you don't like that idea. So I'll have a word with the other admins, and see whether a solution can be thought of.
I have seen other sites, such as YouTube, have a warning message regarding offensive content - which people have to confirm whether they are 18+. I think it could be a bit over the top of this site, but I don't know - like I said, give your ideas. The last thing we want is flame wars and arguments and things..
