I don't know if anyone has seen my incredibly full and entertaining website, but I'm wanting to build a new one. I've built many different designs in my time but recently have just had no... ideas. It's meant to be a website which holds games and artwork mainly, so I'd want to go with something that fits in with retro style games/pixel art probably.
But yes anyway, I was just wondering when you guysh make new web page designs, how do you come to your conclusion? How do you think up the designs? Anything that inspires you at all? Heh, I know this isn't the best place to be asking this but meh, I know some of you here have some nice websites here
The best advice I can give you is to make it as simple as possible. People appreciate a site which loads quickly, displays all the information they want and isn't cluttered up with meaningless junk.
