I've made some mockups recently and thought I might share them with you guys. If anyone else has one then feel free to post them aswell as I love to look on mockups. (I know there was a topic like this sometime ago but maybe someone else has some new ones)
Here are mine:
This is obviously a bit Zelda, A Link to the Past inspired. I might add some shadows to it sometime if I can be bothered. It's a bit old.
This one I threw together from alot of random stuff I made for the Ectoprods One Week Shuffle.
This one I finished today. I tried to re-use as many colors as possible. It resulted in a total of 11 colors. It's a kind of alien world were you play a character with extendable arms.
I'll probably do more and post them here. Making mockups is fun .
Great idea for a topic!
CsaR those look very interesting, last one is definately my fav!
Hayo you know what I think and yeah its awesome! Please make it playable. ;]
I posted these on pixelation but might as well share them here too:
Reworked Cyclone gfx:
Oh and some mock-ups from a game I am currently working on:
Sorry to drudge up an oldie, but I just made this which will be Hasslevania's new undead tomb area. I wanted sparse color for this place to make it appear more dead-like.

He has horns, and is even holding a glass of milk, Hempuli! (No udders, I can't bring myself to draw a pixelated udder, it's just nasty)
I made all the statues in the game with these shades of grey / colors, only because this one is bigger there's more open space to it. If you look REALLY close you can see a bunch of little darker grey flecks on it.
Yes, the game is going to be big when it's done. Like Equin Village, I keep going back and adding new stuff like every day. That's kind of cool, I like making it this way better than having everything all set in stone and drawn out beforehand.
And it's 106 MB so far, but most are the voiceovers.
