Can you give us any more info, like what kind of events they are, and what you are trying to achieve?

It depends on what kind of events you're using. Is it collisions? If so, try reversing the order (instead of 'active' overlaps 'group', change it to 'group' overlaps 'active').

Found the same problem. Could not test a Group for collision. Shame.
Check out my Defender game in the Downloads, Retro section. Amazing what you can do with TGF.
