Hey guys, I hope some of you are able to help me out here. Ok basically I'm playing this online text-based RPG, and a few of the guys have figured out a way to get their characters to repeatedly attack the same person over and over using some sort of script. Doing it manually all you have to do is click someones character profile and click 'Attack', so I'm guessing all you would have to do is make a script to follow a series of links to do it repeatedly. How would I go about doing this? Are there any programs to help me out?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
goodbye

probably something like /attack <playername> if it's a text based game.

you might be better suited googling "Autoit", or, if its a browser based game, "iMacros"

"A popular use of AutoIt is for "botting" in online games. Botting allows the user to run a script which automates some repetitive action in the game"
Thats sounds about right to me. Thanks, now I just need to learn how to use it.
