Not the most detailed video review ever, but she's clearly a robot so perhaps future models will have an advanced vocabulary.

Pah. I'm 20 and I found it infuriatingly difficult in parts. I still got the better of it in the end though.
And yes, that was a horrid review of Super Moreio Galaxy.

It depends on where in the country you go. In the New England area it'd be Mahio (We don't like R's)
I say it as Mar EE O , though I've heard others say Ma Rio round here (Colorado).
But yeah, all depends on where the person is from; no different from those with a serious mank accent for you guys.

That is like saying that every Brit speaks the same. There are hundreds of accents in the US, and the vast majority of them do not sound like morons when they say the word "Mario."

A lot of accents in the UK, a lot more extreme here I believe, with Scottish, Geordie, Welsh, etc- yet everyone of them pronounce Mario correctly in my experience.

Edit: Could it be in the ending cut scene to Mario 64? Edited by the Author.

Since the guy that invented Mario is Japanese and most Mario games are in English, I think it's irrelevant to say there's only one pronunciation.
Regardless, I'm a romance-lagnuage speaker, and since Spanish is very similar in pronunciation to Italian, the way we say Mario is MA-REE-OH (making your tongue touch the back part of your teeth). And, by the way, Mario has only two syllables (MA-RIO), the tension resting in the first syllable MA.

Guru Rinpoche, It's actually spelled Aluminium .
USA is like the only country in the world that totally missed out the suffix -ium, probably because of a misspelling on a american flier back in 1892. Kind of funny
We swedes pronounce mario similar to the programmed cyborg in the video, except for a harder R.
The absolut correct pronounciation would probably be how Mario himself pronounce his name in the splash intro in Mario 64.
