Link is just a blank canvas for you to project your own image onto. Liking Link is tantamount to liking a white piece of paper, just because you could imagine something cool on it. Unless you like his green clothes or something, there's nothing really to like.
I remember in Zelda 64, The Gorons wanted to hug Link, and Link screamed and ran away. I laughed really hard. He may not speak, but his facial expressions and screams are all the personality I need.
Okay then, whatever, you're obviously all happy with your Mr. Link. You obviously see characters a different way to what I do; I see chracters as personality, and you all see them as style, design, etc.
For the record, my favourite character's got to be Cloud, or Earthworm Jim.

About that - Have you actually seen his face? I'm not a huge Halo fan but I heard when you beat Halo 3 you get to see his face - I beat the game on easy or normal or something and didn't see it - I was dragged out of the room during the ending scene tho - Two-year-old's are so much fun
No one has said mario, bowser, kirby, samus, alucard, sonic, crash, agent 47, spyro, seperioth, ridley, the mother brain, krain, kratos, ares, zues, megaman, zero, sigma, vile, super mario, fire mario.....um....frog mario and not even luigi got a mention!
