Ok, this is has been an ongoing problem for me...
Sometimes, a sample in TGF becomes "axPC" and it doesnt play. If I erase the event and do it again, sometimes it fixes it, sometimes it doesnt.
Random things here and there fix it, but its really annoying. Anyone know why this happens?

I think Pixelthief said it was caused by copying and pasting events with samples in them.

don't even need to copy events. It sometimes happens you run it from TGF. Used to happen to me all the time.

There was a nasty one with KnP. The old "r" sound.

I found using the same sample rate and format for all files tends to help sometimes, but yes.. one of those weird, random things, no rhyme or reason

Funny, I never had that problem with TGF. But thinking back i didn't always add sound effects to my games.
