If we write my own script into MMF so that MMF reads data from an external file, ist that cheating or a loophole? It's barely possible, though
Oh, and is there an action limit per event?

That means the final submitted file must use the latest build of MMF2. Meaning it's fine to use TGF to make the thing so long as you get someone to import it to MMF2 and give you back the MFA file before you submit it.
