Hi, i want to make a basic tetris game for the front of my website which displays hi-scores so that visitors can try and beat the latest one. However having gone way back into the article archives and tried fruitless searches of the boards (with lots of links to vitalizeme.com which just asks for a password) i'll have to grudgingly add a new post.
Anyway, i'm not looking for a way to display all the top scores on an PHP or whatever page forever more, just the top 10 or so when the player views frame 3 of my game (either choosing it from the menu or losing the game). I gather using moo-something to write and retrieve data for the standard hiscore object to a writeable folder on my webspace isn't an option?
