Hello people. I'm looking for translators for a project I'm working on, not much, just like menus and options. If anybody knows another language other than English, I'd be very happy if you could translate this short list of words into that language. Swedish, French, German, Japanese, Spanish are all high priorities, although any language is help. It would also be a great help if you gave me the native name of the language too, like Deutsch, Italiano etc.
List [
: PRESS ENTER
: INSTRUCTIONS
: SAVE
: LOAD
: START
: SPEED
: BACK
] End of list
I'm not looking for Babelfish translations btw. Oh and you'll be credited.

Ha ha! Sorry!
The language is natively called: SVENSKA
PRESS ENTER = TRYCK RETUR ("Retur" is kind of out-dated, you could also use "Enter")
INSTRUCTIONS = INSTRUKTIONER
SAVE = SPARA
LOAD = LADDA ("Ladda" is not always the more proper choice though, alternatively you could use "Hämta" which would translate as "fetch" or "get")
START = STARTA (You could also use "Börja" which translates as "begin", whatever floats your boat imo)
SPEED = HASTIGHET
BACK = TILLBAKA
There you go!

The word ladda; what would be the most usual term in a computer game for the load function?

Well, I would use "Ladda", "Hämta" can be confused with "Download" or something.

I suppose you wouldn't be interested in a Gibberish translation? I did write an article about it awhile back...

Thanks all for the help - English, Swedish, Finnish, Dutch and Spanish so far. Still looking for Japanese if any one can write it (tricky I know, but I'd really like it in).
Oh and no, gibberish isn't necessary. Anywhere. Ever.

PORTUGUESE - Wouldn't 'Save' be 'Gravar'? Salvar is more to do with saving someone's life, I thought (i.e. Salvacao - Salvation; Gravacao - Recording).
I'd have gone for:
List [
: CARREGUE 'ENTER'
: INSTRUCÇÕES
: GRAVAR
: CARREGAR
: COMEÇAR
: VELOCIDADE
: VOLTAR

I didn't think the Japanese thing through, all I see is boxes, even if I change the character encoding in IE (and Firefox).
Thanks for the Turkish and Portuguese people.

Most definitely.
It's not smart to use a half-machine-translated translation, though.

admittedly not always very reliable, but I can't see it messing up on words like those.

Japanese
PRESS ENTER = エンターを押して
INSTRUCTIONS = 説明書
"Save", "Load" and "Start" are most commonly written in katakana in games:
SAVE = セーヴ
LOAD = ロード
START = スタート
"Speed" can also be written in katakana (as above) but if you want to use the kanji you could say 緩急自在 which means to alter the speed of something (I'm guessing that's the correct context for your game.) I think most games would just use the katakana, though.
SPEED = スピード
BACK = 戻る
Edit: If you're still only seeing squares where the Japanese characters should be, make sure you have Japanese fonts installed (duh) and try changing the page character encoding to Japanese in the browser.
Edit 2: If you're copying and pasting those characters into MMF, make sure the String object is set to Japanese encoding, otherwise you'll get the boxes again. Edited by the Author.

Just a warning: things can get a bit crazy when you use internet translators:

The "Enter" used here means to enter a new day/month/year, and the "Press" means to compress/squash (from all sides)
