It's like a college application. They tell you when the application season starts. You send a list of your grades, your klik work, your extracurricular activities, a resume, and an admin application letter about why you would make a good admin. Then you get put on a waitlist and you wait 6 months for Rikus to pick someone.
Nah, it's just two of the above. I remember the first time SC did it, it was just a poll to the left asking who you'd vote for as admin. Then for some reason, SC scrapped the idea and told all applicants to write an essay, which I did just because I didn't have any ideas to write for articles at the time. Interestingly, the admins chosen were the same as those voted for + me.
