Alright, who's go it? And has anyone been able to beat any of the bosses yet? I wont believe you if you don't upload video footage of it. So damn hard I can't even make it to any of the boss rooms.

I'd hardly call Megaman 9 "new."
it JUST came out. its just styled in the original retro.
which concerns me since megaman 8 was for ps1 and sega saturn and the graphics were much better. they going backwards or something? i own and endorse megaman 8. its also a good one. when i say new im talking about megaman x7 x8 and x9, the gameboy megaman card battle games, and the zero games (those arent tooo bad though)
and you guys are joking about megaman being hard right?
Megaman 9 isn't on my platform yet (XBLA), so I can't say if it's hard. I also haven't played any other Megaman game other than X and X3, and that was only two or three levels. One or two of the Battle Network games too, but those aren't platformers.
Basically, when (if) I play it, I won't have any good comparison.
if i said i was joking about Megaman being hard, i would be lying. Although it probably gets easier after a few playthroughs when you learn how to get past things.
Yeah I found that the more I played, the easier it got. Still pretty tough though. I've managed to beat Concrete Man, Jewl Man and Galaxy Man; who was really easy.

Megaman is still a challenge. Personally, I love it, but that's hardly a surprise to any of you. Haven't been playing a whole lot (busy) but I've been going through a steady stream of lives. Mostly due to the fact that I'm still used to being able to slide. The lack of a charge irritates me. The Protoman DLC will be purchased immediately.
Zero series is probably still my favorite though. SNES X's aren't too far behind.
i liked the megaman legends games. They should make another one. The zero games are good too though I havent really had the time to play ZX, is it, on the DS yet.
I guess releasing Megaman 9 as a retro game is okay.
What I'd love to see is be a Megaman game with high-res sprites though. You know instead of going 3D like in the later X series they should have kept improving the 2D sprites instead. Now THAT would be awesome.
