If i set big size of score (text type), i see crop text at right (http://s44.radikal.ru/i104/0809/90/d7ca50b25c23.png)
set ITALIC font type, and 99% fonts are cropped!

I see 2 ways of the decision:
1) Set margin
2) Set font align(center or left)

But I have not found these functions in COUNTER(text) or SCORE(text) objects.

i see your problem with the italics. I suggest you make your own bitmap font.
