The music for my new game Retro Jim is waaaaaaay too soft, is there any way in MMF2 to change it, or should I edit the song in the midi sequencer??????

Check your midi volume in control panel, or lower the sounds volume and just increase your total volume.

I don't think MMF2 has the ability to adjust midi volume
