Can someone please explain what you use hardware acceleration for? I saw the beta in clickteams forums, but what exactly does it?

You can now cram in loads of object and scale them and rotate them and hide everything in ink effects and get away with it.

It's speeds up graphics effects because it makes better use of your graphics card unlike normal MMF2.

Graphics stuff Graphics really take up much of the power in comps, graphics cards help with that. Using the power of graphics cards, you could do a lot more than you'd be able to do otherwise.

Guy adds 1000 objects onto screen, game goes down to 5 frames per second.
Guy installs HWA.
Guy adds 1000 objects onto screen again, games stays at 55fps or where ever the frame cap is.

HWA does awesome things. Just lets you throw more into MMF2 without it choking, includes more ink effects and lets you make your own.
