I thought I'd take this moment to create a post that I feel deserves mentioning.
The original Rayman has some of the most beautifully composed videogame music I have ever heard. I used to think it was largely just because I was young and impressionable, but even today, listening to it, it's just fantastic. What do you guys all think?
I agree, it's quality stuff. I actually ripped the music from my own copy of the game since it's just standard cd audio.
Pity the game seems to painfully frustrating to play nowadays though.
<3 Rayman 1 music. The musician for my game is the same so a few tracks have got a real Rayman-y feel to them. Cave of the Skops and that mosquitto boss are my fave
I got Rayman 1 for the psx last month, used to have it on pc when I was a kid but never could get the music to work. It's very good indeed.
(I do think Rayman 2 is genius as well, it went downhill after that)
I love rayman! It was one of the first things i got into that i stuck too lol im not too much of a fan of playing all kinds of games, i like these kinds of games and i loved the music
