Hello Daily Click, first time poster here.
Here's my problem;
I got myself familiarized with the basics of MooClick (player and user sprites, sending information about X,Y pos, animation frame, ect ect) and I can get a little multiplayer game going easily, with just 1 player and user sprite. However..
Since I'm making a online multiplayer game with multiple characters, that requires different user sprites for each character. So far I can get 2 people in a game and MMF and MooClick will know what ID to assign to which sprite, but when a 3rd player enters the channel, MooClick gets confused and pretty much makes sprites and places them on the already existing users and pretty much can't tell which sprite belongs to who. Here's how I have the events set up;
=On Channel Sign On- Send text to subchannel (Depending on which character you have, it'll send text to channel (equal to character counter, so lets say I had character 1, it'll send text to channel 1))
=On User Join- (Same scenario. This is so people who just joined gets the info on who's here)
Depending on which subchannel the text was recieved, it'll create a user sprite
(Subchannel 1= Character 1)
(Subchannel 2= Character 2)
(Subchannel 3= Character 3)
Then I have subchannels 4,5 and 6 recieving the positions and animation frame info for each character sprite and when the Alt Values of the user sprites are 0, they get a ID number. It seems to only screw up after 3 people come in and I think because how I have it set up when it creates the character sprites for people who joined and people already exisiting and when 3 people come in, MooClick gets confused and creates too many sprites and assigns them IDs, but I have not found out the solution to this and looking around for a week almost, I've found nothing on my problem, so if anyone can give a clue on what's going on, I'd appreciate it.

I suggest you read the How to Make a Game in Mooclick trilogy by Flava, the use of using String Parser for sending more than 1 piece of information over 1 subchannel is explained and alot of other using stuff. When you have read it and tried creating the example game, tune you own engine and I'm sure it will work!

Thanks Aptennap, but..I'm pretty past that example (that's the one I used along with a few others to get myself started with Mooclick, It was pretty easy to pick up). If you read in my post, I stated I had a problem with handling multiple DIFFERENT user sprites. I'm still struggling with getting MooClick not to get confused with telling apart different types of user types (instead of 1 single type of user sprite, like in that example).
Unless of course I missed something, then please feel free to point it out.
Oh and BrandonC, I'm pretty sure..I wouldn't accidentally delete my own file due to someone else helping me because well, that'll be MY own fault right? If you truly can't help with my issue though, that's cool.

I'm not even going to get offended by the fact that you thought my post was in some way meant to disguise my lack in ability to help you, despite the fact that your assumption was far from the point.
I was actually referring to what happened a couple months ago, when some kid accidentally saved over his whole game after he deleted all the frames so he could send me the source, and then accused me of tricking him into deleting his game.
He then bombarded me with some beautifully colorful language, and tried to humiliate me on the form by broadcasting it all over the same post that he was asking for help. Then it mysteriously just disappeared. Fortunately, FireFox saved the pages when I clicked Back and Forward, so I decided to Save them myself, for future amusement.
