Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this. What extensions are "must have" for all types of games?

I already have all the bonus packs for MMF2 Developer. Then I checked out FusionUpdater, and got overwhelmed by the large list of extensions it had. Instead of installing all them I decided to come here and ask which ones should I get for anything I may need or come across in game creation.

Any suggestions for extensions will be great, thank you for your time again.

This guy's made a few good extensions. "Move It" sometimes comes in handy, and there's come cool graphical ones like the perspective object.

You can always download a new extension if you need it, so I would suggest you just get started on a game (or app) The Bonus Packs already add the most usefull ones, do you also have z33z's bonus pack?

I don't think you need any of them unless you suddenly have a specific need.
I only downloaded the perspective object because i wanted a ripple effect in the water in my game.

The PMO has helped me very much. If you can't make custom movements then that's the way to go.

Thanks for the suggestions so far. I already have all the bonus packs, including z33z's bonus pack, that being said I have some of the extentions you guys have listed.

Well personally, the Flame object is my fave. It's insanely handy and it's drop dead easy to use. It's a must.

INI++, if you're planning to use INI at all And Lua. I can't remember if they came with the Bonus packs.

On a similar note, don't use the Data Store 2 object. It's tempting, and does store a lot of data very well, but it's buggy. I think it's the way it handles memory, it's a bit slow and won't work on anything in a loop.
