B) Stop being so god damn butthurt. If your community can't take one troll, especially a good natured one of all things, then thats pretty pathetic. Allow me to be the first to say "The problem is entirely in your head". If you don't pay him heed, you'll need none. If you choose to appreciate wry humor instead of being offended, then theres no issue.
If some members of your community are that fragile or egotistical, let it be on them

Doesn't sound like it's something Phizzy would do. Phizzy's more of an attention-loving rebel type, he doesn't exactly go around terrorizing small forums. Vandalizing Wikipedia, burning effigies of Mitch, now that sounds more like Phizzy.
Anyway, Phizzy's been deleted. Not exactly banned. He's got a dynamic IP. Just delete him. He doesn't like it. It's like spraying water on a cat.
Also, since you're not providing accusations without any proof, it looks like you're trying to slander him here. That's not looked upon very kindly by TDC, so you'd have to forgive everyone for acting a little hostile.

Phizzy says something to piss someone off and it triggers an arguement, which in turn disrupts the forums for a week or so at a time.
I'd like to say I can foresee this thread turning into a heated "debate", but it wont; it will just be those who actually care about the TDC forums and making games, arguing against those few Phizzy fans who linger around all day, being completely unproductive and posting comments such as "Phizzy's awesome, TDC isn't complete without him" and other various butt munching comments.
Well if there's nothing to show, just make another thread entitled "Come join our community" and then promote your site - then we can all join and see what the fuss is about. You won't have to worry about anything since no-one left on TDC is a troll! And you boost your site's community in the process!

To be honest he hasn't asked you to slag Phizzy off at all, he was just asking for advice. Granted it would be nice to have proof of the forums, however.

What i was trying to say was that your request reminded me of that episode of The Simpsons when Chester J. Lampwick - a guy no-one had heard of before! - tried to claim he made up Itchy and yet had no proof, and Lionel Hutz expected the court to believe his side of the story on no evidence.

Yeah, i realised what i'd typed just as i'd clicked Post Reply and tried to edit it, but Dr. James was too quick for me! I wanted to change my post to say that he was potentially and unintentionally going to cause people to start slagging off Phizzy by bringing him up again when he had nothing to offer us.

Given the fact this smart(*cough cough* NVM...) acts the same hapless and hopeless way Phizzy does, I really couldn't imagine anyone commenting this way. Plus the fact Phizzy thinks he's SOOOO clever and all that Bullcrap. Honestly. I don't want to flipantly accuse someone for a single comment, and I know it's only one so far. But I'm sure...
