You can delete custom animations, but not the pre-existing ones, as they are used for built-in movements etc (walking, jumping, falling, shooting, disappearing...)
You can't re-order animations, except by copying & pasting. Why would you even want to?
I wouldn't call it weak for not letting you do something pointless.
Not sure what you mean but you can delete animations if you want be either deleting each frame one by one, or deleting whole animations by right-clicking on the animation name in the tool bar and selecting delete. The animations will diappear but the name of the pre-set animation will remain (as Sketchy said).
Moving animations can be done by copy/paste, though i'm really not sure what you mean!
Well the problem is, that i work alot with qualifiers and have events like
set animation number of groupX to animation number of active y.
So if my "going-through-the-door" animation of active y has the number 25, then of course every object of groupX should have this animation at place 25.
But i did an error an the animation numbers of several objects are not synchron.
My main actives habe 54 animations and it would be alot of work if i had to create a new object and copy/paste all the animations by hand to get them in the right order.
I am just not able to delete a whole animation in the list, so that the next animation take its place.
Sorry for my bad spelling, i hope it is now more understanable
