why does using direct 3d in hwa make everything all blurry/fuzzy? is it a side effect? or is it a bug?

Are you resizing the screen? If so there's still a bug that needs to be fixed, but it only happens on some computers.

yes i am resizing to fill screen.
is it a bug? or filtering?
i would do full screen but hwa doesnt like to.
it appears to do it no matter what. rezize to fill or not. you can still see. its just less noticeable
