hey who here is a Silent Hill fan? I've just gotten into the series and love it, awesomely creepy. but I also just played the new silent hill game, Homecoming, and though besides the story and the church scene the game was a let down. anyone agree? and ughhh... i can't get over how much i luv the game. i'd luv to make a tribute game but idt i could
never played the new one, only the first, a bit of the second and the fourth.
the fourth was kind of scary at first, but after playing condemned, it was like kid stuff. i still cant play the first one because it scares the crap out of me, of cource it doesnt help that i play all my horror game at night with the lights off and the volume up...
i would also like to make a tribute game, in fact the next game i plan to make after i finish this one loosley involves certain elements of the first one.
ya ive played the 2nd, 5th, and origins. i loved the 2nd, liked origins, and for the most part didnt like the 5th.and im buyin 4, cant wait to play it. o and a friend of mine has condemed 1 and 2 and i was waiting to play those.

I have all of the Silent Hill games. I've only played through 1 and 2 though. I also have Condemned all of the RE series. I love horror style games. Silent Hill homecoming is great but it's kickin' my butt right now! There's really not many health kits in this one. The wiring puzzle outside the hotel was a bit hard too! I still think Silent Hill 2 was the best of the series so far. Even with the infamous can of light bulbs puzzle.

lol! i remember that game! i played the demo or whatever they had at like toys are us on the 3D0, i was like really tiny then so of cource funky looking dogs and zombies would scare the crap out of me. dr. chaos scared the crap out of me too, actually i think it still kind of does (they did a good job of making stuff jump out at u, dispite the limited gfxes, the soundtrack for the rooms was pretty creepy too).
Never played Silent Hill, though the first looks cool. Resi 1 was also cool in the day, though i lost interest after 2. I was a fan of Dino Crisis too, anyone play it??
