Sorry to post another question in such a short space of time, but I was wondering how I could get a boomerang effect like the one in Bonesaw. I've followed a tutorial but the effect is really lame. Any ideas?

If you mean just throwing a boomerang in a platformer, perhaps a disposable boomerang active that uses the bouncing ball movement, created at the players position when a throw animation finishes, then when it slows down make it change it's direction back towards the player. Sounds newbish, but it works.

Haha I don't care if it's n00by sounding- it works and works well enough! Well enough for me, anyway. Thanks!

Hmmm, boomerang effect like how if you nick a car's door at the supermarket and don't leave a note the next morning a flaming meteor crashes down and squashes your truck?
We might need MMF3 for that extension.
