In my game an enemy shoots every 2 seconds. If the enemy is not in the visible playarea and the player scrools over to where the enmy is it shoot like 30 shots at once. How can i make it so the enemy only shoots if you can see them.
All your base are in another castle, take this.

Half of screen width > (Enemy X - Character X) > negative half of screen width.
But this sounds like something we'll need to see the source for.

Timer greater or equal to 2
NOT [ACTIVE] is getting closer than 5 pixels from windows edge
-Shoot stuff
-reset timer, or whatever
