I'm currently working on a lighting project, and need to know how to do dynamic lighting properly.
So far I have something that looks good, but does not do everything I'd like it to and is basically static methods to gain dynamic effect.
Is there a way for true dynamic light?

Can't seem to download anything from there. Why is everything a .tiff file? ... and it says they are GIMP images? ... I don't get it.
Plus, errm ... most of these need extensions ... ?

These are MMF2 examples so you'll need it (which may rule that out, since I don't think the demo allows extensions), to run them rename the file so the extension is just .mfa.

Ok, thanks OMC, got it now.
These Both require extensions though 
Plus I doubt they'll run as fast or look as good as what I have for my method so far ... j/k ... but maybe, I won't really know until I get those extensions I guess  ... I'm not impressed at all with the lack of automatic lighting capability in Clickteam products.
What I've figured out in TGF1 requires ALOT more effort, because everything is basically hard-coded to work a specific way, and it'll be a pain to have to create specific lighting sequences for each animation once anything is more complicated than a basic geometrical shape.

Yea ... I'm gonna have to find that old MMF1 folder I have laying on my computer somewhere ... I had a bunch of extensions in there but I don't know where it went ... never did use the thing, as I didn't like MMF1's interface. I'll just put them all in MMF2 if I can find what I did with it. I never deleted it, so it's gotta be here someplace. There's so much crap on my computer ... it's become too much like work to search through what I want and what I don't want.

The overlay object is such a brilliant extension, it's overlooked way too much.
