How exactly do you make a java game that you can run on a mobile phone?

I've tried lots of different things, but every time I try and download the jar onto my phone, I get the following error message: "Your client is not allowed to access the requested object".

I know it's not a problem with my phone, because the examples from Clickteam both work fine: http://www.clickteam.com/epicenter/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=161650&page=2

Could anyone explain how to set everything up right, or better still, provide a kind of template .mfa file I could use?

I have Dev.
I think I know what the problem is now though. Looking at that comparison list there should be a "java mobile application" option. That's not showing up for me (I just tried using regular java application before), so I think I might need to update MMF2 or something.
Thanks
