I don't have time to look through the entire IGF 2010 submissions list, but there could be other MMF games in there. I noticed that Tormishire wasn't entered, which I was surprised about. If someone else has some time on their hands, take a look at the games list and if you see any MMF games in there, let us know here!
I'm pretty sure that a lot of games in there are made in MMF, but a good game doesn't use any built-in engines, so it's going to be hard to tell

Is there any particular reason why you don't follow the indie games scene? It's surprising to me that someone who is so heavily involved in creating games wouldn't want to follow what other people are doing. TDC is alright but it's very much a niche community and no place to keep up with what's happening in the real indie games scene. Subscribe to Pixel Prospector and Indie Games blog at least.
I don't play them is all. I play the ones that filter through and get mentioned on Facebook or here, or better still through Steam or word of mouth. There's probably loads of good ones out there but I don't even play much of the games I pay loads of money for, let alone free/cheap ones. Indiegames is okay though, probably was the best indie site I used to check (frequently updated, less introverted).
Heh, honestly, I prefer the niche communities. The real scene just doesn't really appeal to me. I'm happy seeing people on TDC making games, or the communities of games that I actually like. A lot of games on indie sites just don't appeal to me.
