Ohh, if you dont have a camera or webcam you can dig up a microphone and do 2 things.
Either record your voice saying whatever you want to say to the community like happy holidays orrr you can use something from your own games or whatever and paste the voice clip on to that and make it somewhat funny interesting?
To record stuff I use snagit (there is a 30 free trial that full works)
or you can download http://www.camstudio.org/CamStudio20.exe wich is free recording software that can record both audio and video from your desktop.
Hope this helps! Hope you will give it a shot!

Do a really quick crayon-esque animation and tell a story about what happened on christmas night. Oh, but narrate it like a 5 year old would. Bad grammar and all!
"Then Santa camed down our chimney and brung us presents..."
Then add something totally out of his vocabulary like...
"But I think Santa came through the front door. He probably developed a severe case of Claustrophobia from all these years."
At times he'd get off course...
(At the end) "Then Santa flewed over our house in his magical flying sleigh. Santa has lots and lots of reindeers. I think at least 5 or 6 or 7 or 8 or 7. My favorite reindeer in Rudolph. I love rudolph because his nose is red and glows. I think he got mutated or something."
Well, that's my suggestion.

Hey, no you are still on track we are doing for everyone to do a video wishing everyone a happy christmas, the suggestion werewoof gave is in case you did "not" have a webcam
And sorry i misunderstood I also tought you said you did not have a webcam.
Sooo scratch all the above, if you do have a webcam then
just download the trial of webcam recorder and it will let you record with your webcam and save it as a .avi file!
http://webcamrecorder.com/download.html?source=unset
or google a bit to find a free ware webcam recorder i think it should be a easy find, let me know if this works!

It didn't work, it said it couldn't find my camera.
It's a real shame cause I used to have the camera software that came with my computer, but I installed vista and now it's gone.

Integrated Web-cam by Creative Technologies.
I tried going to dell's website to see if they had the software, but I couldn't find it.

Ohhh I used to work for Dell Canada customer service before they shut us down, Woot
Try this first:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&cs=04&l=en&s=bsd&releaseid=R160320&SystemID=INS_PNT_PM_1720&servicetag=&os=WLH&osl=en&deviceid=14455&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=1&catid=-1&impid=-1&formatcnt=1&libid=25&fileid=214672
It is the official dell Creative Labs Dell Webcam Manager that should find what webcam you have and find the right drivers for it.
Let me know if that works

Not really. I said it was suggestion on the final line.
EDIT: But I do see where you're getting at. The "(At the end)" came off a bit directive, my bad. But still, just a suggestion!

Thanks for finding the program for me though.
UPDATE: it works, but it records at a speed of 15 fps which I can not do! I'll try to record it using my mac later.
