I'm currently using version 247 and i want to update to the latest, its 249 i think.
The problem is that i cant see all the extensions that i have installed, many are missing.
I have tried to use "the check for update" button, it downloads the update, tells me it has to turn off the
program to install it and then nothing happens...
any suggestions ?

The auto updater doesn't work.

do i have to reinstall the program and then update it with this ?
doesn't let me install this over 247.. maybe w7 64bit bug ?

I haven't had any issues updating my version of MMF2 and I'm using Windows 7 too.

Make sure you have the correct version of the updater downloaded.
If you have standard then download the standard build, if you have developer then download the developer build.
Also you will need to have you MMF2 Disk 1 in the drive to run the updater. If you don't have the disk then you'll have to buy one here:
