Have you ever been so irritated by MMF2 that you felt you could karate chop an elephant into seven pieces? Do share.

Nope, most of the mistakes I make are my own fault, not MMF2's.

I do shout at clothing items when I trip over them, though.

It's almost always my fault. So perhaps I should say irritated by an inability to find the problem. I don't typically shout at the computer but I do glare at it evilly and mumble grumpily at it.

I take that back. Does a high-pitched "Nah!" emitted while eyes are crossed count as shouting?

I've never gotten mad at mmf2, or knp for that matter.

I once deleted my whole database on my server by accident though. A feeling of dread suddenly enveloped me when the realization hit.

Then I remembered that I had a backup from a few days earlier.

TGF1/MMF1 used to get me pretty angry, when they kept crashing all the time or developing "bad object"s (I somehow never learned to save anywhere near often enough). Using MMF2 is positively soothing by comparison

I remember running into bad objects once in MMF 1.5. That was annoying because it corrupted my file. But luckily it was a very small and silly project!

Also, I once karate chopped an elephant into eleven pieces just for funsies.

I've never gotten mad because I thought an issue was the fault of MMF2. I've gotten mad at MMF2 though because I knew what the issue was and I couldn't for the life of me think of a viable way to fix it and every time I try something it doesn't want to work. But it's not MMF2's fault, it's mine. I'm willing to admit though that I do get very pissed off at it.

I've never been mad at click products. I'm pretty beast at troubleshooting or just avoiding bugs in general. If I have a bug and it plagues me for an extended period of time, and fixing it results in more bugs or I just can't fix it at all I completely restart from the ground up - no problem what so ever.

I don't get upset when I lose information/years of work/etc. I'm just kinda "meh." because i'm so used to it happening for such dumb reasons.

I've had a bad usb port fry an entire jump drive with my senior project game on it so I had to remake it from the ground up overnight. My backups on my computer mysteriously disappeared.

Once I had a second computer set up as Backup ONLY to combat this problem. HD randomly died one day in my main computer. I Turned on second computer and the HD in that one died immediately. This all happened in about 30 seconds.

I gave up at that point.

I think I had moments of frustration over the years of learning TGF/MMF. The bad object thing was always a nasty thing to run into!

But I haven't ran into anything with MMF2 yet. Other than the lack of good things that Construct does better (i.e., for each events, better object picking, sub events etc.).

I yell at MMF when I discover some limitation that's not obvious. Like when I found out that there's only a limited number of flags. Or that one object didn't work and deleting then recreating the object fixed it. Or when the code gets too long to even edit: http://s262.photobucket.com/albums/ii89/smuz86/tgproblem2.gif

Yeah, it gets annoying. Then I move to C++ or Construct and realise why I use MMF.

I remember when I was making Aine2 with MMF, I had a calculation that was too big for the expression editor so I had to do 3 seperate calculations as a workaround. Is it still like that in MMF2?

Wasn't someone[ Dines maybe] developing something that would make editing that sort of thing easier? Or did that project die? :[
