I've created something that follows the instances of dots created at a slower speed pasting into the background to create a nice smooth line. The problem is that I want the pasting cursor to follow the dots that were created first.
Currently it follows the ones created last which means you have to wait until it is done drawing the line before you can start making dots for the line to follow again. If you don't wait and place another dot, it'll turn towards the new dot and then head toward any older instances of dots afterwards. I need it to head towards the older dots first.

I know that GamesterXIII made me a nice example on how to get spread values to work in such a manner that could possibly help with this issue, but I can't seem to find it on my harddrive. The problem is that each new instance becomes the lowest alt value.
So, it could be solved by his method to make spreads work opposite with numbers as what they do now turning it into a normal counting mode (1,2,3,4,etc.)
Currently it works where 1, 2 becomes 2, 1, and 1, 2, 3, becomes 3, 2, 1, if you get what I mean. The newest becomes oldest automatically, which is confusing. (Is there some reason they made the spread value system in such an oddly behaving way?)

It could also be solved by always looking at the instance with the highest alt value, but I'm not sure how to do that.
I coulda swore that I did something similar before but spread values and instances are such a pain that if I ever did know, I've forgotten completely.
