Criticism is where you point out the not so good parts of ones work with the goal of making this work better and make the author better at it in general. As opposed to being really envious and bashing the shit out of something
I love it, Hayo. It's absolutely awesome looking! The textures are extremely well done, the colors seem to be spot on.
I honestly can't say I can give much critisism, except maybe on one area of shading. While the shading is already spot on, I would've added another small, lighter shade of tan on the forehead. Other than that, it's just about as good as it gets. Seriously awesome job, dude.

Proportionally there's nothing to worry about. Looking at it again though, perhaps the clothing would need a little bit of work. But then again, you don't want to detract from the face.
It took me a while to get used to elitist pixel art community, but I realised it is the only way to really get better.
