Yes, the main sprite slightly resembles the ED's Mia, but so would almost any other girl-in-a-dress-in-a-platform-world do.

I wouldn't in my wildest dreams call ED a rip-off of this.
I definitely wouldn't call it a ripoff at all. Maybe I'm over-exaggerating a bit, but I know for sure if I played this before seeing this video it would have struck a chord and I would have thought "Eternal Daughter" right off the bat.
