I was thinking of listing Outrigger, but I don't like listing games that I've only played demos of. I did realize that most of those games weren't exclusives, but many were when I got a dreamcast and it was awesome. =p
(For the record, i do love how this has turned into a Dreamcast thread, since i love my DC!)
F355 Challenge, Speed Demons and V-Rally 2 came through the post for DC the other day - bloody awesome! What a shame the thing died though, and SEGA cursed it when they decided to ignore the DVD format and go with GD-ROM. Hence why most conversions on the DC were of PS1 games, not PS2 games.
As for Bizarre Creations, Blur was miles better than Split Second. Though i ddin't find it hard at all! lol
Most early PS2 titles used the CD format, meaning they had LESS space to use than a Dreamcast game. Games that need more space could do what Skies of Arcadia and Shenmue did and use more than one disc.
All true and a good point, what i meant was it discouraged developers and publishers from supporting the format as they could see that the PS2 was more "future-proof". I reckon kids reading the magazines cottoned on to this too and formed similar opinions.
That is also a bloody good point. Maybe because the Gamecube's graphics were better than the PS2's (where-as the Dreamcast's wasn't), developers/publishers decided to overlook this.
