GOTW WINNER OCT. 2011
28th February, 2011 at 01:07:19 -

Hey guys.

I want the game window size to be 640x480 and the frame size to be 640x350.
So it creates a wide screen effect. Is this possible?
My actual level size is like 3000x2000.

I need the game window size to be 640x480 so I can switch resolution.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

In klik speak, "Frame size" and "Level size" are the same thing.
Do you mean that you want black borders top and bottom?
If so, just create a new layer, set the layer scrolling coefficients to "0", and add two black "quick backdrop" objects.

or another way is to create a new layer on top of everything, create 2 black boxes (or 1 active with 2 black boxes on it) and position them at top and bottom of screen and tick the follow frame for each object.
