Hey, I'm just wondering if it's possible to somehow save games in the MMF2 flash runtime? I wouldn't want to work with server-side files or anything, but is there a way to save an array/ini to the users hard drive, and a way for them to load that file back into the game?

Thanks!

Ini is fully functional in flash - of course the user may clear some browser cache or temp files and that will delete all game saves as well.

Thanks a lot MJK! Is it always saved to the temp cache, or could it be saved elsewhere on the users computer?

flash does not have access to a users file system. that would be very insecure.

Of you use the mochi add-ons you can say data to the mochi system and then the user can log-in anywhere and continue their game.

It's a pain to set-up though.
