I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Bill, and I am currently a game design student / freelance 3D artist. I've been in and out of the Klik scene since the days of KnP, I got into it a little bit before Silky's went down. I was never active though just kinda trolled around and played with making RPG demos w/ ripped sprites. Never made anything worthwhile mainly due to lack of custom graphics. Anywhoo I'm making a solid go at it now, and I just wanted to formally introduce myself. i look forward to chatting with you all!

Welcome
Loads of good indie games are made without professional graphics. Find a style that suits you and is easy to draw. As long as it's consistent it'll look good.

Yeah graphics are no longer a problem, I've got some really solid 3D capabilities now. My main areas of concern are optimization, as far as making small games that run well with no lag, that has always been a problem I've faced w/ MMF. I would really like to start using the flash exporter and getting Mochi Ads hooked up. If anyone has any info to share on the best ways to import PNGS w/ good alphas (i.e. no little pink borders around my objects) and "Professional" ways to code my projects would be GREATLY appreciated!
