Nooo. The Battlefield series sux. A game where you move at a snail's pace, die in one hit that originates from anywhere in the map, spend 99% of your time walking or driving somewhere, where the weapons are all the same and you play with only one weapon... doesn't appeal to me, nor should it appeal to anyone.
Discarded pizza boxes are an indispensable source of cheese.

Everyone should only like what you like marky.
I love it. I played the alpha, beta, and now the final release. I could only play about 30 minutes though since I had a test in the morning, but it was great! 
Snail's pace as compared to what? I don't care about the weapons, just as long as I can win the game with it.

As an old gamer I grew up with Doom, Duke 3D, the Quake and Serious Sam series and I class most modern FPS as woefully slow and dull. I think the adaption of the genre for console players (controllers) has really slowed down the typical FPS.

I always thought using a controller was faster IMO, but I still hate new FPS where you have a stamina bar and regenerating health.
All your base are in another castle, take this.

Regenerating health is something else that annoys me  makes the game even duller as people take one shot then hide to recover.
I can always play considerably quicker with keyboard and mouse, for me there is no other way to play an FPS

I was actually a tester for the original Serious Sam and the sequel...good times. And yeah, no modern shooter has come close to such fast action and TONS of monsters on screen.

I LOVE battlefiels. It's the best game ever but i haven't played the newest ones because my computer is awfull.
This forum is full of trolls and disinfo agents.
