I discovered that the early upgrade coupon for Fusion 2.5 seems to work for anything in the Clickteam store (though I wouldn't know for sure, since I haven't checked out yet).

I could use the XNA Exporter and MonoGame to create games for the various consoles that are supported by MonoGame (and I have been considering getting my games on PlayStation Mobile). However, if I upgrade to Fusion 2.5, then I can try out the HTML5 export option, as well as reap the other benefits of the new version.

I was thinking of trying to use my upgrade coupon on the XNA Exporter, since I don't have enough for the Fusion 2.5 upgrade on either this gift card I have nor my regular prepaid card.

Would you recommend that I wait to use the upgrade coupon on the Fusion 2.5 upgrade, or use it to get the XNA Exporter right now?

EDIT: Also, should I opt for getting the physical copy of whichever program I buy, or just stick with the digital download?

I think that XNA is being abandoned, so it's very possible that Monogame may require a higher version of an XNA project than MMF2 will put out. Just a thought.
