None of those sound familiar. I did find a large amount of click games by just googling for them and looking on obscure foreign websites. I'll have a look.
Well, I didn't have much luck actually...
You didn't mention Iffermoon but you can get it here

Had a lot of fun with Flanville back in the day. Prior to Scott's huge success I had contacted him about getting ahold of the source, and I might have even succeeded but it's long gone now.
Anyway I'm guessing you're coming from here right:

I've still got Flanville on my computer. It's not going to run without the server, but if you're just looking to archive it, then no problem.
Apparently I also have the Metroid game? At least, I THINK I've got it. The EXE is just called MetroidRIP.exe, and there's no title or credits in the game.
Anyway, here they are:

Cool. I'm pretty happy Scott found success because it inspired people like you to collect and archive his work. Much of which made up a majority of my childhood.

Yeah, it's pretty amazing how Scott has become so successful, and has still stayed the same person throughout all of it.

It's pretty cool to me that this little tight-knit community created so many success stories.
My phone is filled with apps from many of the people who made game for this site back in the 2000s. Pretty cool.

I thought Bogart and Bogart 2 were made in 2006, not 2003.

I have had success with visiting TDC via the wayback machine and browsing downloads. You can still download from some of the old links.

I thought that Flanville and Moon Minions made by Scott Cawthon!
I forgot they were made by Shroomlock! You know that both created stuff in 3D and Scott Cawthon also made "Legacy of the Flan"!

That's because they're the same person!
