Hello,
Hope that's the right place to post this.
I am about to make a game for steam. Now i am wondering what i need to keep in mind to export correctly for uploading my game on steam?
Can i use either mmf2 or mmf2.5 . I own the developeredition.
Has anyone experience with that or information.
Other than that there isn't anything special you need to do. Just export it and you should be good with the resulting exe. I haven't published on steam yet though so you should check their requirements yourself.
The extension is handy for taking advantage of some of Steam's features, but you can package up any executable with their DRM wrapper using their upload pipeline tools. (And that DRM is actually optional.)
The hardest part by far will not be in Fusion, but in configuring the uploadable packages and depots with their byzantine process. Hangups with that are usually answered pretty quickly by their support team.
