It's called ''Elemage''. Its release date is February 11th, 2003, and the only signs of it are the first ever ScottGames archive (which is the date I already mentioned), and its GOTW reward, which can be seen here: https://www.create-games.com/newspage.asp?id=1125
Now, I know I might've asked this before a couple of times, but this is the only website I believe the game might still be at. Of course, I don't mean as it being still on the site, but what I mean is people that may've installed them on their computer might still have it saved.

The name doesn't ring a bell to me to be honest. It might be worth checking old Freeware websites.

they used to grab a lot of Click games. The search section of the website is a broken link sadly! I had a quick look at the RPG section and some of his games are there like The Desolate room.

Yeah, I know that. I also tried looking at ''Old Games Finder''; still couldn't find anything.
