Ain't canva.com a sort of a cookie cutter which programs like Photoshop are actually more superior and percise compared to?

Why is everyone claiming that Canva is the replacement for Photoshop? I use Gimp and there are things you can do more percise with it than with Canva... I found it is a kind of an insult to replace my work in "Gnu Image Manipulation Program" with Canva... What do you say?

I mostly use Canva.com for thumbnails and such. I do use Photoshop also, but I started out with Canva and have a pretty big enough collection of all the things I've done there. Honestly, it is mostly for beginners compared to Photoshop, but I got used to both pretty quickly.

Canva is certainly not a replacement for Photoshop. If anything, it's a replacement for Powerpoint.

I use Paintshop Pro X9 for everything (it's just as good for creating pixel art as for photo editing). There's really very little that Photoshop or GIMP can do, that PSP can't, but the difference is that PSP has a much, much better user interface, which makes everything significantly quicker and easier - it's not dependent on loads of keyboard shortcuts.
