anybody knows how make a menu which stay in screen when exist a scroll effect?

I'm not gonna go into all the complex shit of making a menu, cos I can't even off the top of my head think of a way, but what you said about it staying on screen over the top of a scrolling background, if you go onto your object's Properties and go onto the Scrolling properties, and there should be an option called Follow Screen, just uncheck this option, and the object will stay in position even when the screen scrolls.

counters automatic follow so u dont have to do that ok if u are using TGF.
