Okay, if I made the subapp load a CCN for a part of a MMORPG, would it take a lot more memory than just having the objects?
I don't want it to run slower on old PCs, or use lots more RAM, but it'd be useful because then there can be custom interfaces for it (e.g you can make your own CCN which communicates with the main client using an extension, probably that new communication one, can't remember tha name)
So, does anyone know how much non-moving subapps affect old PCs?
I don't need technical help, just some of your experiance

It's going to use more memory that just having the objects, because even though your using a single object in your program, the CCN still loads it's own objects into memory.
Apart from the initial loading time, I dont think it would make that much of a difference.
