hi guys im just wondering if you think that sprites made by a ripped spritebase could be considered as original gfx and if not ....how does a sprite have to be made to be original?
Beware of life ...so far noone have survived it.......
If you drew it yourself, or someone drew it for you, then it could be considered original. Using sprites from libraries made for usage in a game isn't ripping, but using someone else's graphics without their permission is.

Um, sprites ripped from a spritebase are not really 'original' because you didn't draw them yourself. Drawing the graphics (or editing most of it) would be considered an "original sprite", though the editing most of it sprite would be agruable if it was original or not.
I dont care if lib graphics are used, as long as credit is given where credit is due. I do care about ripped graphics, though, because by definition that would mean you didnt get the original authors concent before using them.
